Overview
To help capture customer reviews promptly, a post-move email with links to your review sites can be helpful to send out. Especially while feedback is still top of mind for your customer.
To quickly set up this automation, follow the below steps!
Process to Set-up

Part 1: Create the Email Template
- Navigate to Settings (gear icon) on the top right
- Go to Communications
- Select the Email Templates tab
- Now click on +Create Email Template
- Copy and Paste the below information into the email template:
Email Template Kind: Custom email template
Email Template Name: Post-Move Review
Recipients: {CUSTOMER}
Subject: {CONTACT_FULL_NAME}, let us know how we did!
Body:
Hello {CONTACT_FULL_NAME},
Thank you for choosing {COMPANY_NAME} for your recent Moving or Storage related project! There are a lot of choices out there, so we really appreciate any opportunity we get to serve you.
In an online marketplace, reviews matter. And here, we take our customer reviews seriously. Please take a moment to let us know how we did!

Example:
Part 2: Create the Automation
- Navigate to Settings (gear icon) on the top right
- Go to Automations
- Click +Create Automation and enter a Name; we recommend Request for Review
- Select the trigger category as Project, then Project Completed, and select Done
- From there add Delay and input 1 Days
- Now select Stop If and input the following:
- Automation Step: Get project data
- Select Property: Move status
- Condition: Is not equal to
- Select value: Completed
- Then click Done
- Add the action, Send Email
- Select the email template name —> select Done
- Save Automation and toggle the Automation to “on” by clicking the button to the left of the saved automation
