To quickly set up this automation, follow the below steps!
Process to Set-up

Part 1: Create the Email Template
- Navigate to Settings (gear icon) on the top right
- Go to Communications
- Select the Email Templates tab
- Now click on +Create Email Template
- Copy and Paste the below information into the email template:
Email Template Kind: Custom email template
Email Template Name: Move Anniversary
Recipients: {CUSTOMER}
Subject: Happy Move Anniversary!
Body:
Hi {CONTACT_FIRST_NAME},
Can you believe it's already been a year since we helped you with your move? Time really does fly! We just wanted to take a moment to wish you a happy move anniversary!
We hope the past year has treated you well and that you're feeling settled in your new home. It was a pleasure being a part of your relocation journey, and we sincerely hope our services made your transition smoother.
Whether you're planning another move soon or down the road, our experienced team is here to make it as stress-free as possible.
Thanks for choosing us for your last move, and remember, we're always here for you if you need us again.

Example:
Part 2: Create the Automation
- Navigate to Settings (gear icon) on the top right
- Go to Automations
- Click +Create Automation and enter a Name; we recommend Move Anniversary
- Select the trigger category as Project, then Project Completed, and select Done
- From there add Delay and input 365 Days
- Now select Stop If and input the following:
- Check: Project
- Select Property: Move status
- Condition: Is not equal to
- Select value: Completed
- Then click Done
- Add the action, Send Email
- Select the email template name —> select Done
- Save Automation and toggle the Automation to “on” by clicking the button to the left of the saved automation
