Send Proposals: Quote & Confirmation

Overview

We have two new actions that can be added to any project automation: Send Quote and Send Confirmation. These actions allow the company to completely automate the booking process and get a new project from the quote stage to being fully confirmed.

Send Quote

The new Send Quote action does not require any additional configuration. Simply add it to any project trigger, and it will send the quote to the client when triggered. The automation uses the default values defined for the project type, including:

• Default steps

• Expiration timeframe

• Email template

Warning: This action will fail if the client does not have an email address.

Send Confirmation

The new Send Confirmation action does not require any additional configuration. Simply add it to any project trigger, and it will send the confirmation to the client when triggered. The automation uses the default values defined for the project type, including:

• Default steps

• Expiration timeframe

• Email template
