Job Started & GPS Triggers

Overview

We have introduced a new trigger for "Job Started," as well as four new GPS-related triggers that can be utilized to send notifications to customers or the crew. These new triggers enhance automation capabilities, ensuring timely updates and streamlined communication throughout the job process.

Job Started Triggers

The new "Job Started" trigger activates whenever a job is marked as started on the Crew App. This status change aligns with a job moving to the "In Progress" stage. This trigger allows you to:

• Notify the customer that the crew has started the job.

• Alert office staff to track the job's progress in real-time.

GPS Triggers

We have also added four new GPS triggers, designed to provide real-time location-based updates for jobs. These triggers are:

1. GPS Tracking Started
   Triggered when the crew enables GPS tracking on the Crew App. This is ideal for notifying office staff or customers that live tracking has begun.

2. GPS Crew Left Warehouse
   Triggered when the crew departs from the warehouse. This can be used to notify customers of the crew's departure or provide the office with updates on movement.

3. GPS Crew Arrived
   Triggered when the crew arrives at the destination. This ensures timely notifications to customers about the crew's arrival.

4. GPS Crew Returned to Warehouse
   Triggered when the crew returns to the warehouse after completing the job. This can be used for operational tracking or closing out the job.

Important Notes:

• A job must be marked as started for any of the GPS triggers to activate.

• Location permissions must be enabled on the Crew App for GPS-based automations to function properly.
