Overview
The new generic document flows feature now includes automation triggers and actions, allowing document flows to be handled automatically. This ensures seamless document management by automating key interactions based on customer actions.
Document Flow Triggers
New automation triggers are available for document flows, allowing actions to be triggered at different stages of the document process:

Document Flow Sent
- Triggers when a document flow is sent, either manually from the Office App or automatically through an automation.

Document Flow Viewed
- Triggers when a customer clicks on a link and opens the document flow page.

Document Flow In Progress
- Triggers when the customer completes the first step in the document flow.

Document Flow Completed
- Triggers when the customer fully completes all steps in the document flow.
Each trigger can be customized to activate only when a specific document flow reaches that stage, ensuring flexibility in automation setup.
Document Flow Actions
A new automation action, Send Document Flow, has been added to Project Triggers. This allows companies to configure automations that automatically send a document flow when a predefined event occurs in Supermove.
This enhancement helps businesses streamline document handling, reducing manual work while ensuring that the right documents are sent at the right time.
