It's important to get your name in front of your potential customers as quickly as possible, after they have filled out a lead form. To help reduce any wait time, Automations can streamline the experience.
To quickly set up this automation, follow the below steps!
Process to Set-up

Part 1: Create the Email Template
- Navigate to Settings (gear icon) on the top right
- Go to Communications
- Select the Email Templates tab
- Now click on +Create Email Template
- Copy and Paste the below information into the email template:
Email Template Kind: Custom email template
Email Template Name: Book Your Move
Recipients:
- TO: {CUSTOMER}
- CC: {SALESPERSON}Subject: Ready to Book Your Move?
Body:
Hi {CONTACT_FIRST_NAME},
Thank you for reaching out to {COMPANY_NAME}. We have received your inquiry, and are busy preparing your quote to share with you soon.
Moving can be quite the ordeal, we get it! That's why our team is here to make it as stress-free as possible for you.
Our friendly and knowledgeable team will walk you through every step and provide top-notch moving services tailored to your needs.
Thanks for thinking of us. We look forward to hearing from you!

Example:
Part 2: Create the Automation
- Navigate to Settings (gear icon) on the top right
- Go to Automations
- Click +Create Automation and enter a Name; we recommend Lead Created - Book Your Move
- Select the trigger category as Project, then Project Created
- Add the action, Send Email
- Select the email template name —> select Done
- Save Automation and toggle the Automation to “on” by clicking the button to the left of the saved automation
