Overview
We have 3 new triggers for project automations to handle when the office staff assigned to a project is changed. This can be used for notifications to inform the newly assigned person that they have a new project to review.
Project Salesperson / Coordinator / Additional Salesperson Changed
There are 3 new triggers under the category called “Staff.” These allow you to set up automations for alerts when a project salesperson, coordinator, or additional salesperson is changed on a project.
These triggers should be used with the email variables that modify the recipients, enabling notifications to be sent to the relevant staff members when they are assigned.
Note: The additional salesperson option will only appear if that feature has been enabled.
Email Recipient
We have added a new recipient for email templates:
{ADDITIONAL_SALESPERSON_EMAILS}
. This variable adds the assigned additional salesperson emails to the email template when sent. It is designed to work with the Project Additional Salesperson Changed trigger, ensuring the additional salespersons receive proper email notifications.
These new triggers and email variables streamline communication and ensure all assigned staff members are promptly informed of their project responsibilities.
