Overview
A fresh addition to the Automations module is the "Assign Office Staff" action, allowing the company to automatically assign office staff as salespersons or coordinators for projects. This feature is commonly combined with the Project Created trigger for smooth staff assignments. This article will cover how to configure the action and explain the Role and Assignment Method concepts.
Role
At the moment, you have the option to pick between two positions: Coordinator and Salesperson. After you've made your selection, the system will display a list of members associated with each position on your account.
Assignment Method
There are two available assignment methods:

- Specific User: This method enables you to consistently assign the same office staff member to all projects initiated by this automation.

- Round Robin: With this method, you can establish a predetermined list of office staff to assign in sequential order. The round-robin mechanism will cycle through the list, assigning each successive project to the next office staff member in the rotation.
