Overview
Giving your prospects and clients a white glove experience can set you apart from your competition. A quick response to an SMS goes a long way, so we’ve added an automation trigger to notify your team as soon as someone replies to a SMS sent via Supermove.
To quickly set up this automation, follow the below steps!

Process to Set-up
Part 1: Create the Email Template
- Navigate to Settings (gear icon) on the top right
- Go to Communications
- Select the Email Templates tab
- Now click on +Create Email Template
- Copy and Paste the below information into the email template
Email Template Name: SMS response notification
Recipients: coordinator, salesperson
Subject: {COMPANY_NAME} received SMS from {CONTACT_FULL_NAME}
Body:
SMS received from "{CONTACT_FULL_NAME}", link to project {URL_PROJECT}Salesperson: {SALESPERSON_NAME}

Part 2: Create the SMS Template
- Navigate to Settings (gear icon) on the top right
- Go to Communications
- Select the SMS Templates tab
- Now click on +Create Custom SMS Template
- Copy and Paste the below information into the email template:
Template Name: SMS from Customer
Template Type: Office
Project User Recipients: Salesperson, Coordinator
Body:
SMS received from "{CONTACT_FULL_NAME}", on project: project {URL_PROJECT}
Example:
Part 3: Create the Automation
- Navigate to Settings (gear icon) on the top right
- Go to Automations
- Click +Create Automation and enter a Name, we suggest SMS response, internal notification
- Select trigger category, SMS —> Text Message Received —> select Done
- Add the action, Send Email
- Select the email template name —> select Done
- Add the action, Send SMS
- Select the SMS template name and designate Salesperson or Coordinator (or both via separate SMS steps) --> select Done
- Save Automation and toggle the Automation to “on” by clicking the button to the left of the saved automation
