Overview
Supermove allows you to communicate with your Crew members and customers through the Office app. With a quick SMS (also referred to as text message), you can easily notify the movers of any last-minute changes and most importantly, you will keep your customers up to date. Moreover, you can create your SMS templates or you can use the Supermove templates made available to you.
SMS to Crew Members
Automatic SMS sent from the Supermove system
Welcome Mover | When the mover is created via Settings > Staff > Movers, we send a welcome message to set their schedule |
Job Rescheduled | Notifies the mover that the job they were assigned to has had a date change |
Job Unassigned | Notifies the mover that they were unassigned from a job |
Job Canceled | Notifies the mover that the job they were assigned to has been canceled |
Set Schedule Reminder | Each day around 4 PM PT, we send a text to the movers to set their schedule IF their schedule hasn't been set for upcoming weeks |
Phone Number Updated | When the crew member’s phone number has been updated in the Office App, we send a welcome text to the new number. |
Manual SMS sent by the Office team
Job Assigned |
Notifies the mover that they were assigned to a job. To trigger this text, click “Send Text” after assigning movers on the job page. |
Set Schedule Reminder |
Reminds the movers to set their schedule for upcoming weeks. To trigger this text, click “Send Text” next to the mover’s name in Booking > Movers Schedule. |
SMS to Customers
Automatic SMS sent from the Supermove system
Crew Arrived | Notifies the customer that the crew team has arrived at the desired location |
Start Virtual Walkthrough | Sends a link to the customer where they do a walkthrough of the space and the items that need to be moved for the estimate |
Tracking Link for Customer | Sends a link to the customer to track the crew anytime |
Virtual Walkthrough Completed | Notifies the customer once they have completed the walkthrough |

Crew Members
To view the text message the system or your Office team has sent to a Crew member, follow the steps below:
- Go to Settings
- Next, select Staff
- Now click on the Crew Members tab
- From there, click on the blue message icon, and you will see a pop-up open on the right and all text messages sent will be displayed. You can also send new text messages from here
Clients
To view the text message the system or your Office team has sent to a Crew member, follow the steps below:
- Go to the Clients page
- Search for the client's name
- Once located, next to the name on the top left you will see a blue message icon. Click on it to display all the Emails and Text messages sent. You can also send new emails or text messages from here
