Texting Crew Assignments

Overview

Supermover offers you the capability of sending your movers their assigned jobs. This way they can keep track of their day-to-day activities. 

Before sending an SMS...

1. All Trucks & Crew should be assigned before texts are sent out. Click here to learn how to assign crew and trucks

2. The Text Crew feature needs to be enabled (Crew Permissions)

Sending Crew Text 

1. Navigate to a Project > Jobs > Dispatch

2. Click the Send SMS button in the top right corner of the Trucks & Movers section to notify your crew of the assignment

3. A window will pop up which will allow you to select the crew members you want to text

4. Click on the checkboxes for the crew you want to send the message to and then hit the blue Send to Crew Members button at the bottom of the window to send the text

5. All done! All crew members selected will now receive an SMS of their Assignment
