New Email Experience
You can now connect your company and individual Gmail or Outlook accounts directly to the Supermove Office App, enabling you to send and receive emails from your own email addresses.
This update introduces an entirely new email experience, including the ability to see replies within Supermove.
This feature is in early beta, and there may be some limitations depending on how your email system is set up today.
If you're interested in joining, email product@supermove.com with the subject line “New Email Experience” and include your email provider. We'll be onboarding accounts over the next few weeks to help you get set up.
Conversations Widget
Alongside the new email experience, we’re revamping communication within Supermove! The first major update is the Conversations Widget, now available on the project page. This widget consolidates emails, SMS, and calls (if using Copilot) in one place, making it easier than ever to keep track of all customer interactions.

AM / PM Capacity
The Capacity Calendar now lets you track availability by AM and PM time slots! You can now view truck and mover availability in separate segments, giving you a clearer picture of your daily capacity.
Copilot: New Call Page
We’ve redesigned the Copilot Call Page to better support Lead Details and Playbooks. Now, Lead Details populate in real time during calls, and you can easily export leads to different CRMs. This update provides a seamless experience for both live and post-call workflows.
Support Education Series: Updated Calendar Invite!
We’re excited to continue our Support Education Series this March with a focus on Top Automations Heading into Peak Season! Whether you’re new to Automations or fine-tuning your workflows, this session is packed with tips to help you maximize results.
📢 Important Update: Our previous calendar invites didn’t work as expected. Please delete any past invites and be on the lookout for a new one coming later today. It will function the same—recurring on the 4th Wednesday of every month, with the theme updated at the start of each month.

Common areas of confusion & best practices
How to proactively identify automation opportunities
