[NEW] Automation: Send Virtual Walkthrough SMS
Supermove can now send virtual walkthrough text messages automatically based on any project trigger in the system. This allows you to automate your booking process by sending out virtual walkthrough messages as soon as a lead is submitted.
Capacity Calendar Mobile Day View
We’re enhancing mobile (phone and tablet) support for the Office App, making it easier to manage your business on the go. The first stage of this rollout includes the "Day View" of the Capacity Calendar (preview below) for a smoother, more responsive experience.
Billing: TBD vs $0 Items
Supermove’s billing module now lets you differentiate between TBD items (where quantity or price is unknown) and $0 items (where quantity or price is confirmed as $0). You can now seamlessly include free items with a $0 total in your billing summaries.

[NEW] Reports Tab
As we get ready to roll out the new Reports Library, we are updating the Reports Tab to better support many reports on an account. Reports will now be grouped into categories, and accounting reports will only be visible to Admins. This update is in beta and rolling out over the next week.

We are excited to release the new Reports Library along with a set of new sales reports. The Reports Library will allow you to explore our full set of reports and preview your data on the report to see if it will be valuable for your business. These reports can be added to your account with one click.

Support Education Series: Office & Crew App Essentials
This October, we're changing things up with our Support Education Series! We’re offering two weekly recurring sessions designed to help new hires or existing users looking for a refresher on both the Office App and Crew App. From October 7th through the end of the month, join our Support Team for training on key product features:
Office App – Learn how to create and book leads, dispatch teams, and close out moves efficiently
Crew App – Dive into managing and completing jobs directly in the field
These sessions will run weekly, providing multiple opportunities to sharpen your skills and get hands-on with the tools you use daily!

Supermove Support: Looking for ways to get in touch?
Over the past few months, the Supermove Support Team has revamped the Help Center and available options to contact the team. We’ve also expanded hours of coverage Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 8:00 pm EST!
