NEW: QuickBooks Client Mapping
Supermove now supports viewing customers from QuickBooks on Supermove. This update allows you to make an explicit link between a Supermove client and a QuickBooks customer in order to export invoices.
Tags are a powerful way for you to indicate what has happened on a particular job or project. This release gives you more control and allows you to use tags in automations to conditionally stop based on whether or not a tag has been added to a job or project.
We are rolling out a new update to the project page to view and edit Tip Payouts to edit tips for movers across a whole project. This allows you to adjust tips across jobs on a project and across movers on a job to get the correct payout.
This update will be made available to anyone that has the Timesheets update.
Copilot: Export Leads
For companies that use both the Supermove Office app and AI Sales Copilot, you can now export leads from Copilot to the Office App. These leads will turn into projects where you can send quotes and confirmations to turn them into booked moves.
Support Education Series: Refresh on Automations
This September the Supermove Support Team will spend time walking through Automations, and some of the new features that have been released. This webinar will include: available automation triggers, the basics of building automations, and how to utilize the new 'project tag’ feature.
