We have launched several new automation actions and triggers, including:
- Salesperson & Coordinator Assigned - GPS-related triggers for leaving the warehouse and arriving at the origin - Sending Proposals, including Quotes & Confirmations
With these new actions and triggers, you can now fully automate the booking process. Once a lead form is submitted, a quote can be generated and sent to the customer instantly. When the customer accepts, a confirmation can be automatically sent to finalize the booking.
Supermove's billing module now supports the automatic addition and removal of specific bill items based on customizable conditions. This feature is particularly useful for items like Overtime and Double Drive Time, which should only be included when certain job hours or conditions are met.
[Beta] Documents: Sections & Columns
Supermove’s Document Builder is getting several upgrades over the coming weeks! We’re currently beta testing new features that allow you to organize content into sections and columns, as well as designate specific sections to be filled out at both the origin and destination within the same document.

Copilot: Call Queues
We’ve added call queue support to Copilot to help manage inbound calls and ensure they’re directed to the right person. Once a call queue is set up, any call to that number will ring all queue members at the same time, allowing the first available person to answer.
If no one picks up, the call will be forwarded to a fallback number, which can handle voicemail or escalate to another contact.
