NEW: Storage Invoice & Payments Improvements
To make invoices easier to manage on the Office App, we have a new experience for viewing the contents of the invoice and taking action on them — such as to view, send, finalize, and export the invoice from a quick view.
This release also makes it possible to delete recorded (non-credit card) payments directly from the invoice view. Allowing you to make corrections to errors or adjustments.
Improvement: $0 Paid Invoices
We have introduced an update so that when a project is completed with a $0 (or negative) balance, the invoice will automatically move to paid. All existing invoices have been updated to match this logic, which has removed a lot of unpaid and overdue invoices and moved them to paid.
Beta: Crew Hours update
We are continuing the beta for the timesheets and crew hours features. As a reminder, we are introducing an optional “Crew Hours” module which allows your crews to track additional hours per mover that are not charged to the customer. Examples include tracking additional drive time and warehouse work.

Beta: Crew Hours Report
In addition to the new “Crew Hours” feature, we are building out a new report to show the amount of “Crew Hours” worked per mover on each of the jobs and aggregated over the course of the week, month, and more. This information can be viewed per mover and per job. It can also be exported in CSV format to be viewed and edited in Excel.
