Overview
We've added a new event (trigger) to the Automations module. In this article, we'll explore the pre-built automation Supermove enables on your account, how it functions, and the benefits it brings to your Storage customers when autopayments are processed.
Payment
If you've activated Auto-charge for any of your Storage recurring invoices, Supermove will send an email notification to the Office team. This email will inform you whether the customer's payment was successfully processed or if it failed.
Under the Automations tab, you will see the Payment Event available on the list of triggers. t's divided into two subcategories: Autopay Failed and Autopay Succeded
Default Automations
People using the Storage module will find two standard autopay automations. These automations send email notifications when autopay payments are successful or fail. The emails go to the system notification email addresses managed in the communication settings (Office team).
