New driver inventory beta, project tags, global navigation and more in this month's customer newsletter

We're reaching out with our monthly newsletter to let you know about some new features and functionality that have been added to Supermove in the past few months that we think you’ll find useful. Read on to learn more!
✅ NEW: Project Tags
If you’re already on the new Project Page, you may have noticed that we added the ability to create, add, and remove tags. Tagging gives you additional searching and filtering parameters. It will soon be integrated with Workflows to provide even greater flexibility.
We provided 12 custom tags to get you started. Feel free to edit them and add more under Settings > Projects > Tags.
To apply a tag, simply click on ‘+Add Project Tag’ or ‘+ Add Job Tag’ on the new project page.

The new page has been redesigned from the ground up to give quick access to important project and job details such as documents, billing, dispatch, and communication with the customer. We have drastically improved the speed and performance of the page to make managing your jobs and projects much quicker – many accounts have had success utilizing the new page over the past month.
On September 27, 2023, we will be rolling out the new project page to all accounts on Supermove. If your company would like more time to adjust and ramp up on the new project page, please reach out to accountmanagement@supermove.com to discuss a migration plan with your customer success manager.
NEW: Global Navigation
Alongside the new project page, we will be rolling out an update to the navigation on the Office App. No functionality has changed, but the new global navigation will be available on any page in Supermove – this will make it easier than ever to access the main calendar, accounting, reports, and all other modules from any page within Supermove.
This update will begin rolling out starting next week (September 18th) to all accounts that have the new project page enabled.
📋 Estimates → Surveys
One final change we will be implementing at the end of September is an update that will rename “Estimates” to “Surveys” throughout all Supermove products. This includes the Estimates Calendar and Estimate job type. If you have questions, please reach out to accountmanagement@supermove.com.
Support Education Series
On a monthly basis, the Supermove Support Team will spend some time walking through a particular area of the platform, a new feature, or an upcoming change. These hosted webinars are intended for anyone to join!
To kick things off with our September Support Education Series, the Supermove Support Team will be offering a Crew App Training, specifically:

💥 Reminder: Back 2 School for Movers Program
Busy season is winding down, but movers agree that 2023 has been slower than expected. With four months still on the books, it’s not too late to go back to school for advanced learning on 3 business-critical subjects.
Supermove will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours toward the end of October in order to upgrade our infrastructure. We will communicate the exact date and time via the status page announcements in mid-October.
