We’ve added some new features and functionality to Supermove in April that we think you’ll find useful. Read on to learn more!
📣 Call for beta participants: NEW capacity calendar
Easily set capacity based on available movers or trucks. Give your sales team easy insight into capacity so they can determine how many more jobs can be booked on any day, and use day notes to keep the team aligned.
You can now easily message internal crew and teams via the staff page, allowing for convenient communication throughout the day. You can also customize automated SMS messages to your liking by modifying the SMS templates! Check out the following help center articlesto learn more.
If a claim has been flagged, your office team can now record the claim in Supermove, indicate the claim type, update the claim status, and track the progress within our new claims tab.
This feature is only available by request. If you’re currently logging claims and think this might benefit your business, reach out to accountmanagement@supermove.com to learn more.
📄 Reports update: Improved performance on the "company dashboard" report
The “Company Dashboard” under the reports tab has gotten a makeover with a big focus on performance. The dashboard now loads in just a few seconds and is part of our larger initiative to improve the speed of reports on Supermove.
