Overview

The Dispatch Calendar in Supermove is a handy tool designed to simplify scheduling and dispatching tasks. It includes all the important details from your Moves Calendar but in a list-style layout based on a single day's view.

Day Navigation

Easily move between different days using the Calendar Buttons near the top, to help view and manage your schedule effortlessly.

Truck and Lead Driver Details

Each row in the calendar tells you which truck is assigned to which lead driver for the day. For example, you'll see that Move 3772 is driving Truck #2, giving you a clear picture of your team's assignments.

Unassigned Jobs

Quickly spot unassigned jobs in this section, helping you identify tasks that still need to be assigned to a specific truck or crew.

Visual Job Representation

The calendar uses visual bars to show your jobs and their associated trucks or crews. As you scroll from left to right, you'll see the estimated duration of each job based on the hours you've specified. This visual representation makes it easy to find gaps in your schedule, allowing you to schedule additional jobs more efficiently throughout the day.

Note: If your job has estimated hours filled in, the grey block will only extend to that time period. If the job does not have estimated hours filled in, the grey block will extend to fill out the rest of the day.
