Moves Calendar: Dispatching Multiple Jobs

Overview

Supermove understands the importance of streamlining your workflow by dispatching multiple jobs simultaneously. To address this need, we're excited to introduce a feature that empowers you to dispatch a number of jobs at once via the Day View on the capacity calendar. This upgrade is designed to make your operations more efficient and save you valuable time.

You can access this feature by navigating to Projects > Capacity > Click into the desired day (Day View)

How to Dispatch Multiple Jobs

Follow these simple steps to dispatch multiple jobs from the Day View of the capacity calendar:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to the Moves section

2. From the submenu, select Calendar

3. Inside the Calendar section, locate and click on the desired day to access the Day View

   

4. Within the Day View, you will notice a Dispatch button (truck icon). Click on it to initiate the dispatching process

   

5. To begin dispatching a job, click on the '+Add Labor Source' button

   

6. To assign trucks to the dispatched jobs, click on the truck button within the dispatching interface

   

7. Similarly, for assigning movers to the dispatched jobs, click on the movers button within the dispatching interface
