Payment Methods Explained

Overview

Within Supermove, you're able to record a payment before, during, or after the move. This article will walk through the Payment Options that can be accessed from the Office and Crew App and what they all they mean!

Office App Payments

Payment Method	Explanations
ACH	Record an ACH was sent/wired
Cash	Record a Cash Payment was collected
Check	Record a Check was collected. Users will be prompted to input the last 4 digits of the check number.
External Credit Card	Record a credit card payment made through an external program
Other	Record a payment made outside of Supermove via an alternate source not listed
PayPal	Record a payment made outside of Supermove via PayPal
Venmo	Record a payment made outside of Supermove via Venmo

Note: If you're enrolled in Supermove Payments, selecting the External Credit Card option will allow you to run transactions in real-time from your account!

Crew App Payments

Payment Method	Explanations
Cash	Record a Cash Payment was collected
Check	Record a Check was collected. Users will be prompted to input the last 4 digits of the check number.
External Credit Card	Record a credit card payment made through an external program
PayPal	Record a payment made outside of Supermove via PayPal
Venmo	Record a payment made outside of Supermove via Venmo
Invoice	Post-pone payment collection for the Office Team to handle with customer
Credit Card (Supermove)	Run a credit card in real-time
Save Card & Pay Later	Save a credit card in real-time for the Office Team to handle with customer

Note: On the Crew App only running a card through Credit Card (Supermove) will charge the card in real-time. The External Credit Card option on the Crew App is intended for card payments taken on other platforms.
