Error Response Codes
These error response codes originate from the payment processor itself. For a comprehensive list of these codes from the underlying processors, please refer to our documentation here.
Office App
In the Office app, the error reason is now visible during the "Charge Credit Card" process.
Customer App
We've made sure to display the error reason when clients are making payments for deposits or invoices, which will help clients take action accordingly.
Crew App
Within the Crew app's payment flow, we now present the error reason to customers, enhancing transparency throughout the payment process.
