This article is intended to walk through the process of updating your Bank Account Information tied to Supermove Payments. The following are common scenarios on why this change is made --
- Did you recently switch Bank Accounts or join a new Bank?
- Did your old account close or expire?
- Did you provide the wrong account upon setup?
Steps to make change
- Start by sending an email to help@supermove.com to notify them of the needed change
- Please proactively share you're OK accepting the $20 Change Form Fee that will follow
- Be on the lookout for a document sent over via Dropbox (will come from the Supermove Payments Team directly)
- Complete the DDA Update Form via Dropbox
