Supermove Showcase Recording
NEW: QuickBooks Item Mapping
Supermove now supports directly mapping Bill Items to QuickBooks Products & Services from within the billing settings. If a new item is created on QuickBooks or Supermove, you’ll now be able to map the item and export an invoice using it within minutes.
Public API Updates
We are building new endpoints to create, update, and manage projects on Supermove. The first of these releases includes a new “Update Project” endpoint that allows cancelling and uncancelling move projects. See more details in the public API documentation: Update Project Endpoint
Copilot: Multiple Playbooks
With AI Sales Copilot, you can now create and maintain multiple playbooks for different stages of the sales process. These playbooks can be fully customized or copied from your existing ones.
Additionally, during or after a call, you can change the playbook used and run the AI over the newly selected playbook.
Copilot: Manage Users
You can now fully manage your sales team on AI Sales Copilot! This includes editing team member information, changing forwarding phone numbers, and generating new Supermove phone numbers to use.
Additionally, you can activate and deactivate users, ensuring your licenses are efficiently used for active salespeople.
Support Education Series: QuickBooks Integration
This August the Supermove Support Team will spend time walking through the new Supermove QuickBooks Integration and mapping process. This webinar will include: tier requirements to access the integration, connecting the systems, mapping each Supermove item to the appropriate QuickBooks Product & Services category, and helpful resouces available.
Over the past few months, the Supermove Support Team has been hard at work to bring the best-in-class service to all customers. To start, Support has launched a brand-new customer Help Center with relevant articles and helpful AI Tools to drive quick answers
