NEW: Project & Job Page: Mobile Support
The project and job page have been updated to better support mobile phones and tablet devices. This includes viewing individual projects and jobs, editing project and job details, and viewing information like billing for a single project. Additional updates including the survey tool will be included in future releases.
Starting on March 12th, we’ll be rolling out the new mobile and tablet version of the project & job page. We would love to hear if you have any feedback, please reach out to product@supermove.com.
NEW: Automations: Additional Project Triggers
In the latest automations update, we have included 3 additional triggers which can be utilized to create new automations. We now support “Project Completed”, “Project Cancelled”, and “Job Cancelled”. The cancelled triggers can primarily be used to automatically follow up with closed lost leads a few days after the projects are cancelled.
Automations: Sending SMS to Assigned Movers
In one of our previous updates, we announced the release of the new “Send SMS” action that can be utilized in automations. One primary use case of this action is to be able to send custom SMS notifications to your movers that are assigned to each job. Use this to send reminders to your crews the day before, or to send them an SMS after the job has been completed – the possibilities are endless!
There are two new triggers for handling storage autopay payments under the new “Payment” category. If you have storage enabled, we’ll automatically add two automations for sending email notifications when these events occur. This will notify you when the payment was successful or if it failed.
Beta: Survey Tablet Improvements
As part of the updates for the mobile/tablet project & job page updates, we are working on a new version of the survey tool that has been improved to work on tablets. The interface is optimized for tablet devices with a faster way to add items to rooms and a faster way to input additional notes and details for each items.
We are starting a beta for the survey tablet improvements – if you would like to be considered for the beta, please reach out to product@supermove.com with the subject “Survey Tablet Beta”.
Beta: Timesheets Update
We are also hard at work creating a much faster timesheet module for the Crew App. This update will improve the performance on the timesheet module and make it easier to record times for the job and individual times per position that is working on the job.
In addition to the main timesheet which you are already familiar with, we are introducing an optional “Crew Hours” module which allows your crews to track additional hours per mover that are not charged to the customer. Examples include tracking additional drive time and warehouse work.
For both of the timesheet updates and crew hours, we are starting up a beta program – if you would like to be considered, please reach out to product@supermove.com with the subject “Timesheet & Crew Hours Beta” and a brief explanation of your use case.
New: Client Facing Inventory Form
Empower your clients to fill in their own inventory, to expedite a proposal and save your team time. The inventory form can be embedded on your website directly and will be integrated with the Supermove survey flow.
Supermove is partnering with one of our customers, Matt’s moving, to offer this to our customers. The Client Facing Inventory is $100 per month - if this is something you’d like to use, you can sign up here: https://ourmovers.dev/registration-form/
Support Education Series: Setting up Cost & Comp
This March the Supermove Support Team will spend time walking through how to complete a Survey from the Office App
We will cover what the difference is between Cost and Comp, how to set each up, and what to expect after a move. If you're new to Supermove or just looking for a quick refresh, this is a great opportunity to learn!
