NEW: Mobile Project Page
We have an exciting release for mobile phone and tablet users of the Office App. The project page and job editing experience has been optimized to work a lot better on mobile. You can now view projects, view each of the sections on the project page, and edit job details from your phone.
This feature is entering into beta this week. If you would like to be one of the early users and try out the new mobile interface, please reach out to product@supermove.com with subject line “Mobile Project Page Beta”.
NEW: Automations Widget
There is a new “Automations” widget on the project page which shows you every single automation that’s run on a particular project. This update helps provide visibility to see which automations have completed and it also allows you to manually run an automation.
NEW: Document Builder: Text Formatting
The document builder now has support for text formatting (also known as rich text). Document text can now be bold, italic, the font color and size can be changed, as well as the different text highlighting. This allows greater flexibility when creating and editing documents so that you can highlight important information for your customers to see and read.
To utilize this update, please make sure your tablets are running the latest version of the Crew App.
NEW: Payment Rates & Tip Options Configuration
Under Settings > Company Settings > Payments, we have created the ability for you to update the payment fee options and the tip options within the Crew App. When selected from the crew app, the rates will directly impact the bill to ensure no fee’s are missed. Supermove Payments offers competitive rates and will enable you to process the transaction seamlessly from the tablets, office, or an invoice sent directly to your customer.

We are working with a partner on a client facing inventory form that will allow your clients to complete their inventory themselves via webform that autopopulates into Supermove’s Survey Items section. In addition to saving time for your team, this will enable you to provide an even faster proposal and better customer experience!

Support Education Series: Completing a Survey in the Office App
This February the Supermove Support Team will spend time walking through how to complete a Survey from the Office App
We will cover setting up a Survey in the Office App, how to conduct a survey and collect inventory, and how to share that inventory list with your customer afterward. If you're new to Supermove or just looking for a quick refresh, this is a great opportunity to learn!
Note: the same content will be covered in both sessions
Prepare for Tax Season
If you're partnering with Supermove to process payments, you can expect to receive a 1099-ktax document from our processing partner, Elavon.
We are providing it for tax reasons, as it's required to report if processed payments are above a certain threshold. Once received, please review the information, and if needed there is contact information at the bottom which can be used to make corrections.
