NEW: Charge Previously Saved Credit Cards on the Crew App
On the Crew app, we now have an optional feature that allows movers to charge previously saved credit cards with one tap on the payments page. If a credit card had been previously saved by the office staff or by the customer, we allow that card to be selected on the Crew app. This feature is currently in beta so if you’d like early access, please reach out to accountmanagement@supermove.com.
Support Education Series: Project Page
In the second week of October, the Supermove Support Team will spend time walking through the new Project Page.
Supermove is pulling back the curtains on the latest enhancements to our platform. The new power of automation is accelerating how our customers can get their work done, faster.
That means no more manual emails or reminders to crews and customers. The administrative burden will automatically happen behind the scenes so you can focus on booking moves and delivering uninterrupted 5-star experiences.
Supermove will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours in November in order to upgrade our infrastructure. We will communicate the exact date and time via the status page announcements toward the end of October.
