We're reaching out with our monthly newsletter to let you know about some new features and functionality that have been added to Supermove in the past few months that we think you’ll find useful. Read on to learn more!
✅ NEW: Project Page
A new project page is coming to Supermove and it’s entering beta over the next several weeks. The new page has been redesigned from the ground up to give quick access to important project and job details such as documents, billing, dispatch, and communication with the customer. The new experience has been built with speed and performance in mind so that you can view and edit projects on Supermove faster than ever before.
If you would like to be considered for the beta program for the new project page, please email accountmanagement@supermove.com with “I’m interested in the Project Page beta” and we will reach out to you about the beta program.
🏢 Storage: Project Container History Updates
This update improves project and container date management on a storage project. Previously, users experienced issues with the storage start date and were unable to set an end date. Users can now manage start and end dates for a storage project.
Additionally, container dates can be set on a project which will automatically organize them under the new incoming, active, and past containers tabs (based on their dates in and out). This will provide the ability to better track and view historically which containers were on a project.
Storage project start and end dates are now editable from the Edit Project actions
You can now edit container dates in and out (individually and in bulk!). This now enables the ability to track Incoming Containers, Active Containers, and Past Containers based on the container in/out dates (no more manually removing and losing that container history on a project!)
📈 Reports: Moves Revenue, Invoices, Payments
There are five new standard reports included on Supermove: Moves Revenue, Sales Performance, Moves Invoices, Storage Invoices, and Payments. These are part of a new set of reports focused on speed, accuracy, and performance. The new reports help you view a financial summary of your business and understand where your payments and revenue are coming from.
👷 Workflows: Send SMS Automatically
The latest Workflows update allows you to send automated messages to customers. Simply navigate to Settings > Communication > SMS to design your text. Once you’re happy with it, navigate to Settings > Workflows, create or edit your workflow with the ‘Send SMS’ action.

🚚 Dispatch: Performance Updates
Certain users were experiencing slowness when loading the dispatch page and while assigning trucks and movers. Our engineers optimized the way we fetch data and as a result you may have noticed that these modules load up to 50% faster.
