We’ve added some new features and functionality to Supermove in the past few months that we think you’ll find useful. Read on to learn more!
⏰ NEW: Scheduled workflows
You can now schedule workflows to run any number of days before a job, which makes it easy to send reminder emails before a job or create reminder tasks when you’re days out from a job.
Simply go to Settings > Workflow > Create Workflow/Edit workflow > Schedule to set up scheduled workflows.
💳 NEW: Charge credit cards for storage invoices
We’ve added the ability to charge credit cards for storage invoices. Additionally, if a customer previously charged their credit card through Supermove (either on a previous storage or move project) you can now select and charge the saved credit card on file.
Finally, you can also set autopay for storage invoices on behalf of the customer through the Office App, which lets you charge existing customers on a recurring basis.
Heads up, we’re in the process of updating Supermove’s survey tool to be more user-friendly and seamless to use.
With the new survey tool, you will be able to:
complete a survey more quickly from the Office App (on desktop or tablet)
set up multiple inventory libraries (commercial inventory vs residential inventory)
add default rooms by project type
add default survey method by project type
customize the survey types
add item notes
add survey notes
easily modify an item in your survey
The new tool won’t be a separate app like the Estimator App. Instead, you’ll log into the Supermove Office App from the browser on your tablet. If you have an Estimator tablet maintained by Supermove, this will be bookmarked on the tablet home page already (see the image below).
If you’re going to be working in an area with poor or no service, just open the job on the office app before leaving the warehouse and load the inventory page - once that's been loaded, it will be able to operate in offline mode.
➕ QuickBooks integration updates
Supermove now supports the following accounting integrations:
QuickBooks Online
NEW: QuickBooks Desktop
This new integration includes:
Support for exporting payments
Explicit mapping of items from Supermove → QuickBooks
Ability to batch export invoices each night
