We’ve added some new features and functionality to Supermove in March that we think you’ll find useful. Read on to learn more!
✏️ Editable quotes and confirmations
On top of the standard quote and confirmation documents available in Supermove, we’ve also introduced editable quote and confirmation docs so you can modify or even create your own.
This is great for those of you that run multiple move types since local, commercial, and long-distance moves often require different types of documents.
Head over to the Supermove help center to learn more about how to edit and manage quote and confirmation documents. And keep an eye out for the preview functionality for all documents on quotes and confirmations, coming soon.
We’re working on building out new workflows so you can automate even more of your business. We’ll keep you updated on new additions as we go!
Most recently, we added the ability to auto-assign branches. When a new project is created and a zip code is added to the job you can now map that zip code to a branch.
If you’re running a multi-branch operation and are interested in adding this capability, get in touch with support.They’ll help you set up the zip code mapping and get started.
💰 Supermove Payments: Video walkthrough

📄 Accounting updates: Organizing invoices
Job bills and payments in Supermove can be tracked and monitored using an invoice number. This can be found on the billing section of the job page.
For those using their external accounting platforms (e.g QuickBooks Online), the invoice number "SM-####" will be set as the invoice number when exporting to the accounting platform.
Ps. As you can see in the image below, existing invoice actions like “charge credit card” and “record payment” can be accessed via the menu (3 stacked dots) next to the “Add Bill” button.
