Resetting your Password

Overview

We've all been there! We've also forgotten our passwords too! Don't worry, with Supermove, resetting your password can easily be done in a few easy steps!

Note: This article is related to resetting your Office App password only, this is not related to the Crew App or Copilot

Steps to Follow

1. Please start by selecting the Forgot Password? button just above the Password field

2. Please proceed with entering your Email Address associated with Supermove and select Send Email

3. Now please check the inbox associated with your Supermove email and click the link in the email to reset your password

4. Please enter a New Password and then click Set new password

5. Congratulations, you've successfully reset your password! Please attempt to log back in here: https://app.supermove.co/login using both the email and new password

Important: If you do not receive the password reset email, this indicates you are using the wrong email to log in OR you have not been invited to your account. Please contact [e-mail] for further assistance
