Overview
During your Supermove onboarding process, you'll start by configuring your Company Settings, which play a crucial role in your setup. This guide will cover what these elements are, how to modify them, and their significance within Supermove. In this article, we'll touch on the following topics:
- Business Info
- Branding
- Branches
- Warehouses
- Referrals
- Payments
- Accounting
- Claims
- Tablets
Accessing Company Settings
To get started, log in to your Supermove account and go to Settings. Then, select View/Edit Company Settings
You will be directed to the Company Settings landing page
Sections of Company Settings
Business Info
The Business Info section holds important company details that are used all across Supermove and in the documents you create. Specifically, the Business Address and Warehouse Address help with things like calculating mileage and planning trips within the system.
To make changes to any part of your Business Information, simply click the Edit button located beside the section block. Once updated, select Save.
Branding
In the branding section, you can add your logo and an avatar for your virtual walkthroughs. Your logo will appear as the header on all documents you send through Supermove.
Logo Dimensions: 215 height by 510 width
Branches
If you're using the Multi-Branch feature (which is available for Pro-Tier accounts only), you can see all the branches associated with your account. In the branches section, Admins can change the names of these branches, including the main one.
Warehouses
You can list more than one warehouse in your account. These warehouses can be used as starting locations on jobs for distance calculation purposes. In this section, you will be able to create, edit, and delete warehouses.
Branches can now be linked to multiple warehouses. You also have the option to set a default warehouse for each branch, which will be automatically selected when starting new projects.
NOTE: When you delete a warehouse, the storage containers linked to it will simply be unassigned from that warehouse.
Referrals
The referral section is where you keep track of how customers find out about your business. These options come in handy when you're adding a lead or submitting a new job.
From this section, you can add, edit, or remove a referral source.
Payments & Accounting (Billing)
These two sections have an extensive list of settings that are addressed in the following article: Customize Billing Settings. Please refer to this article to set up your payment fees, tips, sales tax, and more.
Claims
In the claims section, you can establish different types of claims and their statuses to make it easier to keep track of project-related claims. Please refer to Claims Overview for more detailed information.
Tablets
The Tablets section is where you'll find your tablet login credentials for your crew, branches and contractors. You can also access the PIN (passcode) and make changes to either at any time. Please refer to Crew App: Tablet Login & Passcode (PIN) for more information.
