Project List Statuses
The new Project List highlights the main statuses that a moving project will go through. This includes: Leads, Holds, Booked, Completed, and Cancelled. For each of the move project statuses, we will continue to show the Sales Statuses. In the snapshot below, the sales statuses visible for the Leads page include: New, Quote Pending, and Quote Accepted
Search & Filters
With the updated search and filter section living outside of the main move project statuses, you can be precise in finding the right projects. This means that when you search for a particular customer, you’re able to find them regardless of which project or sales status the job is in. The search tool also includes past projects a customer was involved in. The same functionality applies to the filters as well. When a filter is applied while searching, it covers all of the projects regardless of status or date.
Filtering by Labor Source
If you've set up multiple labor sources (multi-branch or multi-contractor) for your company, there is now the ability to filter by the labor source itself. There are a few main ways to utilize this new filter.
- By default, the parent organization will see the projects created or assigned to all child organizations
- When a specific branch or contractor is selected, it will only show the projects that are assigned to that organization
- When the “No Labor Source” filter is selected, it will only show the projects that do not have any labor sources assigned to any job on the projects
Branches and Contractor Organizations
When a branch or contractor organization views the Project List, they will see any projects that were created by them or assigned to them via the dispatch feature. Branches and contractors can fully utilize the Project List tab.
