Overview
Statuses in Supermove can help you track the progress of your sales pipeline and your move projects. These statuses are available by default on your account. Go to the sections below for a list of statuses and what they refer to.
Sales Status
Status Name |
Description |
New | New jobs manually created through Supermove will have this status. NOTE: When a customer fills out a request form linked on the website, the request will first go to the "request tab" on the Projects section of Supermove. From there, you're able to view the request and then create the request into a job for the sales status to display "new" |
Quote Pending | The quote has been emailed to the customer for approval |
Quote Accepted | The customer has accepted the quote via email by clicking on "view the quote" and then "request availability" |
Confirmation Pending |
The customer has accepted the quote and the confirmation has been sent to the customer for approval |
Project Status
Status Name | Description |
Lead |
A quote has been created in Supermove. The status will remain the same until the customer clicks on "Request Availability" on the quote form emailed to them. |
Hold | The confirmation has been sent to the customer and we are waiting for approval |
Booked | The customer has signed the confirmation letter and is ready to proceed forward with the scheduled move |
Completed | The movers have finished their job AND a full payment has been collected. Keep in mind:

Canceled | The job has been manually put into a "canceled status" due to any circumstance from the customer or the mover side |
Job Status
Status Name | Description |
Dispatch not done |
Crew members and trucks have not been assigned to the job |
Dispatch Done |
Crew members and Trucks have been successfully assigned |
In Progress |
The crew members have arrived at the origin location and have initiated the job |
Report not final |
The job has been marked complete but payment has not been collected |
Report Final |
The Office team has clicked "Finalize" on the Edit Report section |
Cancelled | The customer has decided to not continue with the move |
