Overview
Office App users can quickly create training projects/jobs within Supermove, for quick testing and practice.
A few notes about training projects:
- Training projects will not display on your calendar day summary (total jobs). They will appear under the Training Jobs section of the right sidebar (under the job summaries for the day).
- Training projects do not affect or display on your reports or accounting, so you can use them without fear of skewing your official job statistics.
- Training projects only require a few key pieces of info to create them (yellow boxes are required), and they will auto-populate most of the customer fields with test information for you.
- If you want to quickly create a training project that is already in Booked status (as if the customer had already signed the Confirmation Letter or you had skipped the confirmation), you can select "Booked" as the Project Status.
Steps to Create a Training Project
1. Click on Settings in the top right corner of your Office App
2. Then click on Create Training Project and a window will open up with details to fill out
3. In the training project window, select a Project Type, Project Status (whether you want the job in Lead or Booked status), Job Type, and Date, then click on Create to finish creating the project
