Composing a custom email
If you intend to send your customer a custom email from Supermove. Here are the 3 places you can do this from.
Email from Client Name on Job Page
Clicking on the customer's email in the top Right Corner will display a drop-down that allows you to compose a custom email or choose any of your email templates saved in the system.
Email from Email tab on Job Page
Clicking on the Email Icon on the Toolbar found on the right-hand side. this will display a sidebar that will show any emails already sent and a Blue Plus button. Clicking on this will display the Email Editor.
Email from Client Profile
From the Client tab. If you click on a Client Profile it will display the List of Projects under that client. On each project you'll see an email icon, clicking on this will display the email editor.
Where to locate emails that have already been sent
If you would like to see emails sent to a customer from a specific project...
- Go to the project page
- Click on the Blue Email Icon found on the Tool Bar
If you would like to see the email sent to the customer across all projects...
- Click on the Clients Tab
- Click on the Client of choice
- Click on the Blue Contact Button
