Quote and Confirmation Process from your Customer's Point-of-View

Overview

While you have the ability to send Quote and Confirmation messages to your customers as part of the booking process, you may be curious how these notifications look from their point of view. Feel free to scroll further to learn more.

Opening Messages through a Computer

If your customer opens a message, like a Confirmation Letter, while viewing on a desktop or laptop device, the screen may look something like this:

Your customer will be prompted to press the Click Here to Begin link, which will direct to an online page containing the full Confirmation Letter that he or she can sign electronically. It may look something like this: 

Opening Messages through a Mobile Device

Your customers may frequently be on-the-go, so the Supermove platform has been optimized to make messages appear mobile-friendly and easy to navigate. If the customer clicks the Confirmation Letter while viewing on a mobile device, the page will display like so:

Your customer can simply take his or her finger to scroll the page and submit an e-signature at the bottom:

Finalizing the Booking Process

Once your customer has successfully completed the booking process, he or she will have access to a summary page that will display all the finalized steps, as well as the ability to print-out hard-copies. This is what it looks like on desktop:
