Note: If a company does not connect an email account, Supermove will continue sending emails one-way from noreply@supermove.co, as it does today.

For Google accounts:

A list of logged-in email accounts will appear.

Select the preferred email account.

Grant Supermove permission to access the account.

The user must accept data-sharing permissions with Supermove.

Important: On the permissions screen, all options must be selected to enable both two-way email and future calendar integrations. Select “Allow All” to grant full permissions.

Update / Remove Company Account

View the connected email account.

Update or remove the connected company email.

Sender Settings
When a company account is connected, two options are available for sending emails from Supermove:

Send from a single company email account (default) – Emails are sent from the connected company email.

Send from an individual connected email account – Emails are sent using the sender’s connected email. If no individual email is connected, it defaults to the company email.

Users can connect their individual email accounts via Account Settings → Communication → Email.
