Accessing Crew Schedules

Overview

In Supermove, Crew Schedules are intended to help make life easier for Dispatch, by giving crew members the ability to set themselves as Available or Unavailable per day

This article will discuss:

• View Crew Schedules
• Reading & Adjusting Crew Schedules
• Updating Account Settings

Note: Crew member's ability to access this feature, as well as how far in advance a schedule can be set, is all controllable by the Office Team. Please contact [e-mail] with any questions regarding these settings

View Crew Schedules

1. To access the Crew Schedules, start by navigating to Settings and select Staff

2. Now select the Crew Members tab and click on View Crew Schedules in the upper right-hand side

Reading & Adjusting Crew Schedules

Reading the Schedule

The Crew Schedule is broken down per Crew Member, with the following color indicators:

• Green = Crew Members has elected Available for that day
• Red = Crew Member has elected Unavailabe for that day
• Grey = Crew Member has not elected anything for that day (will act as Available for dispatch)

Adjusting the Schedule

1. To adjust a Crew Member's availability, simply click on the relevant Date Tile to adjust

2. Any selection will automatically Save ~ to undo, simply click again to update

Note: You cannot undo updating availability from Grey (not selected) to Red or Green (selected)
