Icons on the Moves Calendar Explained

Overview

The Moves Calendar is designed to provide a easy-to-monior view of upcoming Jobs and their respective status. This article outlines the different symbols and what status they represent on the calendar. 

Explination of Icons

Green lock

All jobs for the day are in "completed" status with payments received and no outstanding steps on the project

Orange lock

The crews have finished the job but a full payment has not been recorded to completely finalize the job

Black check mark

The job(s) are fully set up with crews and trucks assigned. The confirmations have also been signed by the customers for all upcoming jobs that day

Red circle

The job is not fully set up for the customer and there are still action items left to accomplish

Note: Examples of what could be remaining ~ assign crew/ trucks or send confirmations
