Overview
Document flows can now be sent directly from the Project page using the Email widget. Customers receive these documents in a similar way to quotes and confirmations, allowing them to review, complete, and sign through the existing customer interface.

Accessing Document Flows
In the Project Page email widget, available document flows for the selected project type are listed at the top. Clicking on a document flow opens the page where you can send it.
Customizing Before Sending
The Send Document Flow page works similarly to the quote and confirmation sending pages. Users can:
- Review and modify the document steps
- Add or remove documents before sending
- Set expiration dates and times for the document
- Customize the email content, including adding or removing recipients
Customer Experience
Receiving the Document Flow
Customers receive an email with a link to access and complete the document flow.
Completing the Document Flow
Clicking the link opens a familiar interface similar to quotes and confirmations. Customers can:
- Review the document
- Make necessary adjustments to document inputs
- Sign the document in designated signature sections
- Submit each step by clicking the action button at the bottom
Final Confirmation
Once all steps are completed, the customer reaches a success page, where they can:
- View all completed documents
- Print each step if needed
This ensures a seamless and user-friendly document completion process.
By integrating document flows into the project page, businesses can streamline document handling, ensuring customers receive, review, and sign required documents efficiently.
