Overview
As part of the booking process with your customers, you may find yourself sending Quotes or Confirmation emails. Supermove can provide you with a standard version of these forms, which may look something like this:
However, you also have the ability to edit, modify, or create your own.
Updating/Editing Quote and Confirmation Documents
To edit a pre-existing Quote or Confirmation document, please navigate to the following:
- Click Settings
- Click View/Edit Document Library
- Navigate to either Quote or Confirmation Letter
- You can then click the three vertical dots to proceed with editing or updating the content or your Quote or Confirmation Letter
Creating a new Quote or Confirmation Document
To create a completely new Quote or Confirmation document, please navigate to the following:
- Click Settings
- Click View/Edit Document Library
- Click + Create Template
- Proceed with creating your document and publishing it
- Once your document is published, click the three vertical dots and select your form to be a Default confirmation document or a Default quote document as seen here
