Overview
The Job Timesheet feature in the Office App provides a consistent way to view and modify job timesheets and crew hours. It includes two types of timesheets: the standard timesheet and the per position timesheet. Both of these timesheets relate to the billing timesheet on the Crew App. This article will explain the two types of timesheets available and how either one can help with your job management.
Standard Timesheet
The standard timesheet records a single set of hours for the entire move on behalf of the movers. These hours are logged and displayed in the Office App. Office users can add additional time or edit the time that has been logged on the Crew App. This feature is straightforward and efficient for managing the overall time spent on a job.
Per Position Timesheet
The per-position timesheet is ideal for specific scenarios, such as commercial moves. When different positions on the job require different logged hours, this timesheet is the best choice. It allows the company to log hours per position, ensuring accurate and detailed tracking of time spent by each role on the job.
Crew Hours
The Crew Hours block is the final component added to the jobs section. This block provides the same viewing and editing experience that the Crew App offers but is now accessible on the Office App side. Users can:
- Add time for one or more movers.
- View the difference in hours between different movers on the job.
- Make edits to individual movers' timesheets.
When adding time, the user sees the same interface as seen on the Crew App, ensuring consistency and ease of use.
When editing a single mover’s timesheet, office users have the option to modify the entries made by the crews out in the field.
By using the Job Timesheet feature in the Office App, you can ensure accurate and efficient management of your job timesheets and crew hours, enhancing overall job management and billing accuracy.
