Tasks |
Tasks is a feature within Supermove to help users stay organized, set reminders for urgency and visibility, and help determine what is next. This can be set per Project or automated through Workflows | |
Comments |
Comments is an internal-only tool intended to allow Office Users to leave notes and respective comments regarding the job, project, and/or client in an easy-to-find place | |
SMS (Text Message) |
SMS is where Text Messages can be sent directly to your customer. It also acts as a history log of all Text Messages sent to and from your customer in the Supermove system, based on the Client Phone Number added. This feature only works if a phone number is successfully added | |

Email is where Emails can be sent directly to your customer. It also acts as a history log of all Emails sent to and from your customer in the Supermove system, based on the Client Email Address added | |
Documents |
Documents is the center for all documents sent to your customer in both the Office App and Crew App. Documents can be viewed, downloaded, and printed from here. Documents are divided by:
Office Users also have the ability to +Add Documents which will generate a new document based on the template selected |

Attachments |
Attachments is where images, documents, videos, and more can be uploaded by Office Users or Crew Members. It also serves as the center where all attachments are stored after being uploaded | |
Event Log |
Event Log acts as a timeline summary for the job itself. It tracks historical changes & updates from both Office Users and the Supermove System on each job |
