Selecting Job and Confirming Crew & Trucks
Upon accessing the Crew App, one Mover from each Crew will be responsible for using and managing the tablet. Typically this is a Driver or Manager ~ but each organization may handle this differently
Selecting the Job
Once logged into the Crew App and appropriate profile, the Mover in charge of the tablet will click on today's job
Confirming Crew
After accessing the job, the Mover will immediately need to confirm their Crew. This should be done before leaving the Warehouse, in case any changes are needed
If changes are needed, use the Add button to add additional crew members or the Pencil icon to edit/remove a crew member, then Confirm
Confirming Trucks
Similar to the previous step, the Mover will want to confirm their Truck. This should also be done before leaving the Warehouse, in case any changes are needed
If changes are needed, simply deselect the truck selected and check the appropriate truck, then Confirm
Arriving at Origin & Generating Documents
Once the Crew has arrived on-site with the customer, the Mover responsible for the tablet will need to advance to the next step on the tablet till Prepare Documents is reached
The Mover will want to select Prepare Documents to automatically generate the standard documents required by the Office Team for signature
Once all Document steps have been completed, the customer will be prompted to hand the tablet back to their Mover
