Completing a Job from the Crew App

Overview 

While any member of the Office team can manually complete a job through the Office app, the Crew team needs the option enabled before they can complete a job from the Crew app on the tablet.

Enable Crew App Settings  

Please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Settings (gear icon) on the top right
2. Click on Project, select a Project Type
3. Select a Job Type and go to Crew Steps 
4. Scroll down to option 12. Complete Job 
5. Toggle on the settings and you're done!

The settings are configured at a job-level which means that you must repeat these steps for the rest of the job types in the project/s. 

Note: If the above setting is enabled and the invoice Balance Due is = $0, upon Crew App completion the job will be automatically advanced into Report Final status on the Office App
