Steps to take
Step 1: Accessing the Billing Section The billing section is a pivotal part of your experience with the Crew app, and it appears at various points throughout your interactions with the app. To begin, make sure you have a training job opened in the app.
Step 2: Editing Bills and Adding Payments The key to including materials in your moves is the "Edit Bills and Add Payments" option, which becomes visible whenever you encounter the billing section.
Step 3: Adding Materials Upon clicking "Edit Bills and Add Payments," you'll be directed to a screen where you can review and modify details related to the move, including adding materials to the bill.

Navigate to the "Materials" or "Inventory" tab to initiate the process of adding materials.

Under the "Supplies" section, you'll find a list of available options already in the system. These options may include items such as blank kits, carpet shields, king mattress bags, large dish packs, and more. Keep in mind that the availability of materials may vary depending on your specific company and setup.

Select the materials you wish to add to the move. You have the flexibility to choose items from the pre-existing list or add custom items as needed.

Specify the quantity of each item you are adding to the move. This step ensures the accuracy of the materials used.

Confirm your selections. The Crew app will save this information, and you will now see the additional line items on the bill.
