Edit a Trip’s Origin or Destination

Overview

The steps below will walk you through editing an existing trip's origin or destination points. 

Steps to Edit Origin or Destination on a Trip

1. Navigate to the Dispatch tab on the left hand side bar

2. Click on Long Distance on the very top of the page

3. Ensure you're on the Trips tab

4. Click on the desired trip 

5. From this page, you're able to click directly on the Pack, Load or Delivery dates section to adjust as needed. Click Save once all the editing is done

Things to Note: (1) Changing the Scheduled dates of a job could change the trip dates and locations. (2) The earliest job date sets the trip's origin location and date. The latest job date sets the trip's destination location and date. (3) After you've clicked on save & depending on the updated date, you might notice that the trip information (location and dates) also updated if the selected date is the earliest or latest date among all the jobs in this trip.
