Add a Shipment to an Existing Trip

Overview

The instructions below go through the steps on adding shipment(s) to an existing trip

Steps to Add a Shipment to an Existing Trip

1. Navigate to the Dispatch tab on the left hand side bar

2. Click on Long Distance on the very top of the page

3. Ensure you're on the Shipments tab

4. Select all the shipments you would like to add to a trip

5. Click on the Actions dropdown menu and select Assign to Trip

6. Search for, and select the desired trip, and at the bottom of the page, click Assign
